CHAT: Free Health Check Clinic

C.H.A.T. in Collaboration with American Black Cardiologist and The Rouse Foundation will host a Free Health Check Clinic. Healthcare professionals will perform Glucose, Blood Pressure and BMI monitoring. Dr. Charlie Rouse, MD, Cardiologist will be on-site to consult anyone with abnormal results. Please do not eat or drinking anything after midnight to assure accurate glucose readings. Saturday, December 2, 2023 8:30 AM---11:30 AM at New Mountain Top Baptist Church, Administration Building , 3rd Floor Dining Area Continental Breakfast served after completion of health checks.
